We are equipped with a full set of precision mold manufacturing equipment, including multiple CNC machining centers, sinker EDM, wire EDM, precision surface grinders and milling machines. Mold Design
We provide mold design services for all types of plastic products. Our team consists of mold designers with over 20 years of industry experience, who have collectively completed the design of more than 5,000 mold sets throughout their careers. We utilize mainstream design software including UG for all development work.
Multi-Cavity Mold
Based on customers' order volume requirements, the mold adopts a 12-cavity hot runner design. It ensures a daily output of over 10,000 pcs, reduces sprue waste, and supports low-cost component supply.
Interchangeable Mold Cavity Solution
According to different customer requirements, we adopt an interchangeable cavity solution, enabling one set of mold to produce multiple similar products. It facilitates product appearance upgrades effectively and saves both time and costs.
Manufacture of Large Injection Molds
High-quality water purifier mold with hot runner design. Mold dimensions: 950 × 1100 × 1000 mm. A 1000-ton injection molding machine is adopted for production.
